NOTE: I messed up this pancake as you can see by photo haha, I normally present it better, be careful flipping lol. It still tastes heavenly. Also this pancake contains around 1100 calories! Great if you are looking to gain muscle but if you are cutting down on calories then just reduce the portions accordingly.

 

The Beast- Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

1.5 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I use ATP Science Vanilla caramel)
2 Bananas
15g Almond Butter
25g Oats
3 Whole Eggs
150ml Coconut water (Or normal water)
50g Blueberries
75g Coconut yoghurt
1 tsp Coconut Oil
2 squares 85% Lindt Dark Chocolate

Instructions:

  • Blend the protein powder, 3 eggs, almond butter, 1/2 a banana, 25g oats & coconut water into a food mixer
  • Fry the coconut oil
  • Chop the other 1 and a half bananas into fine slices
  • Pour the mix into the pan and fry on medium heat
  • Add the finely sliced banana to the mix and spread out the slices
  • Simmer for 3-5 mins
  • Get a plate and slide the pancake onto the plate, carefully flip the pancake into pan to cook other side
  • Simmer for 3-5 mins
  • Add to plate, add the yoghurt & berries 
  • Melt the dark choc for 1-2 mins on pan
  • Pour over pancake and serve
